Bob
Marshall, Bob Lashendock and Julie Napolitano feel very strongly about social
responsibility, about giving back to the community to the extent that they are
fortunate and blessed in business and otherwise. For the past several years each
of them have served in various capacities in organizations such as the Judeo Christian
Outreach Center, the Hampton Roads Youth Center, Boy Scouts of America, Habitat
for Humanity, Camp Virginia Jaycee, Crisis Pregnancy Center, and more. Additionally,
they consider their involvement in the church council, the board of Social
Ministry and the board of Education, as well as singing in choral groups at
their church a rewarding contribution of time and energy. The
philosophy that each of the three principal directors of Distinguished Homes
share is one of trying to make the world in which we live a better place.
Making a positive difference in someone's life and giving a helping hand to
those in our communities who are less fortunate are the rewards in life that
give them the most satisfaction. |
