rough concrete, rough and finish
carpentry, siding and painting,
and the final pre-delivery detail
work is performed by our own employees,
insuring the attention to detail
necessary to produce a home of

customer is personally guided through the selection process by Distinguished Homes'
Director of Customer Service, Julie Napolitano. Julie also personally oversees
the extensive warranty program. In addition to the customary pre-closing walk-thru,
each customer receives 1-month, 6-month, and 11-month home visits to ensure complete
satisfaction with the finished home.
