The Distinguished Homes team prides itself on its ability to design and build homes with unique details suited to each customer's lifestyle and taste, adding personal touches that incorporate every customer's individuality into each home.

Attention to Detail
Quality construction is Distinguished Homes hallmark. Each site is supervised daily by Distinguished Homes' Director of Field Operations, Robert Lashendock. Bob brings many years of hands-on expertise to the Distinguished Homes team. He personally supervises all aspects of the building process, including all work done by employees and subcontractors. A significant amount of the work, including rough concrete, rough and finish carpentry, siding and painting, and the final pre-delivery detail work is performed by our own employees, insuring the attention to detail necessary to produce a home of excellence.

Distinguished Customer Service
Each customer is personally guided through the selection process by Distinguished Homes' Director of Customer Service, Julie Napolitano. Julie also personally oversees the extensive warranty program. In addition to the customary pre-closing walk-thru, each customer receives 1-month, 6-month, and 11-month home visits to ensure complete satisfaction with the finished home.
